A classy spell of batting from the first grade squad led to a 72-run victory for Queanbeyan over a depleted Weston Creek Molonglo. Opening batsmen Henry Hunt looked fresh after a stellar under-19 national championship run, and scored a classy ton in a lengthy stay out in the middle.
Queanbeyan's third grade squad have continued to dominate and are well on their way to achieving back-to-back triple-premiership years, after tearing through ANU's batsmen and winning the title by five wickets.
In the fourth grade one-day grand final, Queanbeyan were defeated by North Canberra Gungahlin after the North bowlers restricted the Bluebags to an innings total of 93, all out.
