To qualify for the Queanbeyan Whites 2005-14 Team of the Decade, a player had to have played at least ten first grade games for the Whites, must have played for the Whites before becoming a professionally contracted player and players were judged solely on Whites performances.
The players were judged by a panel of Whites board members, as well as the four coaches during the ten-year period, Kim Thurbon, Glen Christini, Wayne Southwell and current coach Adam Fahey.
The Team of the Decade from prop to fullback is as follows:
1 (prop)- Chris Barbaro: 81 games played and three first grade premierships
2 (hooker)- Nik Murray: 69 games played and one first grade premiership
3 (prop)- Les Makin: 45 games played for the Whites before signing with the Brumbies- the only player on the 15-man list not to win a premiership with Queanbeyan
4 (lock)- Matt Hirst: 200 games played and three first grade premierships
5 (lock)- Andrew Garton: 23 games played and two first grade premierships
6 (flanker)- James Stonham: 33 games played and one first grade premiership
7 (flanker)- Dan Penca: 112 games played and three first grade premierships
8 (number eight)- Jeremy Dowling: 42 games played and one first grade premiership
9 (scrumhalf)- Nic White: 11 games played for the Whites before being picked up by the Brumbies and one first grade premiership
10 (flyhalf)- John Kevin: 60 games played and two first grade premierships
11 (wing)- Henry Seavula: 51 games played and two first grade premierships
12 (inside centre)- Robbie Coleman: 27 games played for the Whites before Brumbies selection and one first grade premiership. Known as the "Prince of Queanbeyan".

14 (wing)- Jamie Marmont: 67 games played and three first grade premierships
15 (fullback)- Josh Hastings: 120 games played and two first grade premierships.
The 15 players selected played 975 games between them and shared 25 premiership rings. Only four of the 15 are currently playing with Queanbeyan with White and Coleman entrenched in the Brumbies.
Lock Andrew Garton was the only overseas recruit included and he made the trip from New Zealand to be presented at the reunion dinner.
