Officials said the weekend will be packed with action from the top two-wheel road racers in the country.
Superbikes, Supersport 300, YFS R3 Cup and Aussie Racing Car competitors, along with Motorcycling Australia's premier junior road racing academy, the bLU cRU Oceania Junior Cup, will all feature on the fun and challenging 2.2km circuit.
Goulburn Mulwaree Council's Business Manager Marketing, Events and Culture, Sarah Ruberto, said she was thrilled to welcome ASBK Championship riders, spectators and officials back to Goulburn in what will be the second year of a three year hosting agreement.
"The ASBK Championships are a great addition to Goulburn's annual calendar of events," Ms Ruberto said.
"Goulburn has a strong history of hosting motorcycling events, dating back to the first Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix in 1924."
"Events like this strengthen the region's reputation as a premier sporting destination whilst also providing a major boost to the local economy."
The action and excitement won't just be limited to the track.
There will be a chance to meet your favourite riders and grab an autograph, grab a bargain at Trade Alley and introduce the kids to motorbike riding at the bLU cRU Mini Moto Experience, which is free for kids to head along and try.
Superbike fans are also encouraged to get out and explore the Goulburn region which has plenty to offer with local cafes, restaurants and shops along the main street alone.
For Penrite Honda Racing Team's, Troy Herfoss, coming "home" to Goulburn, the place where he grew up, is always a special time.
"For me, the best part is visiting and catching up with old friends."
