Vinh Trong Vu, 26, of Bankstown and Hung Dao, 50, Khien Vu, 52, Song Tran, 54, and Mai Nguyen, 59 of Lake Bathurst were charged on February 8 over what police allege was a $55 million hydroponic cannabis growing operation on Lumley Road.
All five were arrested after police raided the rural property and found almost 21,000 cannabis plants in a grow house.
Each member of the group was charged with one count each of cultivating a prohibited plant.
Magistrate Geraldine Beattie refused all five men bail when they appeared in Goulburn Local Court on February 9. All five were set to appear in court again on Wednesday however the prosecutor requested an adjournment, saying police still required more time to process evidence.
Magistrate Beattie agreed and adjourned all the cases to May 4.
