G'day, I'm G2! I was first brought in to the shelter a year ago in a humane cat trap, I was adopted, but unfortunately went missing. I have found myself back at the shelter, and am now ready for adoption.
When I first came in to the shelter, I was quiet and timid and a bit unwell. I have come back with a little spring in my step and a little more courageous. Like many male cats who were allowed to roam un-desexed, I look a bit worse for wear (and with a bad haircut!), though some say I look extra distinguished with my salt and pepper mane!
Either way, I have tons of character and love to give. I am still a bit wary of loud noises, and would suit a quiet home. I need to live with cat-savvy adults, but older teenagers would be fine. If you let me take things at my own pace, you will be enjoying plenty of head-butts and snuggles in no time.
I need an indoor only home, as I contracted FIV in my roaming days. I would not be suitable to live with an FIV negative cat. Please don't let this put you off if you fit my criteria, as I am a very deserving boy who will give you love in spades, and make a loyal companion. Visit our shelter at 12 Kirkpatrick Street, Weston.
