The truck was freed shortly before 3pm on Tuesday.
Traffic was diverted while the truck was removed but is now flowing normally.
It had been travelling south-east on Collett Street before getting wedged under the bridge.
Several police officers attended the scene and instructed the driver how to manoeuvre the truck free.
This has become a recurring problem in Queanbeyan with a truck stuck under the bridge in December.
It is understood the slant on the road beneath the bridge could be a contributing factor to trucks becoming wedged.
