It followed the win by their division one elders, who triumphed over Ainslie also 10.7.67 to 7.7.49 earlier to claim their first title since 2011.
The Tigers faithful in the crowd stood as one in jubilations as the Rising Stars celebrated their victory, which was the icing on the cake for the Queanbeyan club, which took home two premierships on the day.
But the Tigers Rising Stars did not find the lead until early in the fourth quarter, with a goal seeing the go to a six point lead.
Ainslie bagged the first majors of the match to go up by 3.3.21 to 2.2.14 at quarter time.
The Tigers trailed throughout the whole second term, but fought their way back to within a point by three quarter time.
An inspired effort saw them take away the game from a fatigued Ainslie side, who finished as minor premiers over Queanbeyan but could not come up with the goods over them for the major achievement.
