Hospital manager Kim Bradshaw said the funding was “very welcome” and would be used to fund digital patient data upgrades in the emergency department and wards,

Club general manager Mark White said he was pleased to donate the funds as part of the ClubGrants scheme distributing a portion of poker machine revenue back into the community.

“This year we’ll be donating around $45,000 to the local community, and that’s to Queanbeyan groups- not wider national organisations- so it goes directly to local people,” Mr White said.
