It was the second straight draw for the undefeated team and captain Troy Whiley believes an all game consistent effort is needed to get another win.
"We're just not finishing our games; it's as simple as that," he said.
The side got off to an 18 point lead against Tuggeranong last round only to see it evaporate in the second half.
With the late collapse, Whiley said the club was lucky to manage a draw however sent a warning to his players ahead of the next round.
"If we don't start putting the whole 80 minutes of football together the good sides are going to beat us and it's going to backfire on us," he said.
Whiley highlighted the team's lack of mental strength heading into the final stages of the game as wiping away win opportunities.
"We just seem to hold back and wait for someone else to do something rather than just each person taking it on themselves," he said.
The skipper was excited but cautious of taking Saturday's Bulls game too lightly.
Whiley said his players cannot look further ahead until they hit full form.
"Until we play our best football it's hard to look past next week," he said.
With some heavy training and some words from coach Aaron Gorrell, captain Whiley believes that if the players keep doing what they are doing, the team will hopefully come away with the win this weekend.
