Port Macquarie, Muswellbrook and Kempsey on lockdown notice as NSW records further 863 COVID-19 cases

There is good news for the Tweed and Byron but a warning for Port Macquarie, Muswellbrook and Kempsey as NSW recorded 863 new COVID-cases to 8pm last night.
