Buddha is a gentle giant and simply the biggest love bug we've ever known.
Buddha hasn't had the easiest start to life at the shelter. He is extremely shy and needs plenty of time to warm up to new people. With time, patience and love Buddha will grow to adore his special people and will always be up for a scratch. Maybe even a cuddle when he really knows you're the one.
This young boy is about one and a half years old. He's big and strong and is looking for a similar special person that will be able to take him on and provide him with additional training and regular exercise. Boys like Buddha need to be kept mentally and physically healthy!
We think Buddha has lived as an outside dog for most of his life as he is uncomfortable underneath a roof. But with time and patience we think he could make a loving couch buddy.
