About Our Client

Our client is a leading credit check and data analytic provider across Australia and New Zealand. They specialise in offering credit information to individuals and businesses, providing accurate and useful data to all relevant parties.

Job Description

  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract external talent suitable for a call centre environment
  • Build talent pipelines by pro-actively sourcing potential candidates for a high-volume recruitment strategy (approx. 15-20 successful candidates a month)
  • Facilitate and manage end to end, 360 recruitment process including screening, interviews (often in groups), compliance and on boarding
  • Ensure candidates are communicated to throughout the process to ensure a positive experience
  • Manage the offer process including negotiating salaries and packages
  • Ensure compliance is met in accordance with background checks such as reference checks and police checks
  • Be a champion for the candidate experience continually looking at ways to improve and enhance the current candidate journey from attraction through to selection and onboarding
  • Manage onboarding ad-hoc requirements around the candidate recruitment experience

The Successful Applicant

  • Have 1-2 years experience working a high-volume recruitment desk with extensive knowledge in talent sourcing
  • Have a strong ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and is confident in the candidate management process from end to end
  • Be able to manage high pressure situations, prioritising tasks effectively in a fast passed environment
  • Display resilience across all areas of the role and face conflict with a solution focused outlook
  • Use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal
  • Strong communication, influencing and presenting skills across all levels of the business.
  • Can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal
  • Willing to experiment and try different ways to find solutions
