Operations Manager - Queanbeyan

About the role

This role will look after the day-to-day operations of the Queanbeyan site. This individual will be hands on with the team while managing the overall operations and serving as liaison between the Manufacturing team and other functions of the business such as management, manufacturing, and other critical functions.

About your experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Manufacturing experience
• Experience managing steel or Industrial manufacturing operations will be highly regarded
• P & L experience is considered favourably but is not essential
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage while overseeing others
• Strong people management skills
