Your new role
As a network support engineer you will provide Level 2 technical support for the entire suite of network and radio products. This will include managing 3rd party suppliers, large scale network support, hands on use of a variety of technologies, resolving customer issues, pre sales support, manage tickets, assist in installation/configuration and deliver training programmes.
