The Successful Applicant

• Tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline preferable.
• Have an administrative background, preferably within the Retail Shopping Centre
• Preferably have a solid and sound knowledge of administration systems such as Progen
• High level of Microsoft excel skills, particularly familiar with pivot tables
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently to achieve goals and objectives
• Strong computer skills to successfully complete mail merges, maintain excel databases, and spreadsheets and use in-house software programs
• Proactive in problem solving and management of various situations that may arise
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively liaise with customers, retailers and contractors
