The money will go towards Monaro Early intervention Service, Queanbeyan Children's Special Needs Group Inc - Treehouse and Cooma Challenge.
Each organisation will receive between $31,000 and $35,000 each.
The financial assistance is part of the National Disability Insurance scheme that was launched in much of New South Wales on the first of this month.
A Transition Assistance Program (TAP) rolled out by the NSW government's will contribute $4 million in assistance to disability providers in regional areas across the state to aid the transition to the scheme.
The money is planned to be funnelled into updating business plans or purchasing software in these organisations.
"The NDIS is a once-in-a-generation reform that will transform the lives of people with disability, particularly those living in regional and remote NSW," Mr Barilaro said.
"The NSW government is investing even more to help disability service providers.
"The TAP will ensure providers are ready for the change and help them plan for the future."
