The annual day was appropriately filled with 'hundred' themed activities.
The kids made hats, counted to 100, drew pictures of what they would look like when they were 100 years old and ate cupcakes iced with numbers one to 100.
Kindergarten teacher Caroline Tanti, said the children also got to dress up in what they wanted to be when they grow up.
"We've got doctors, plumbers, policemen, firemen, lot's of Elsa's and teachers too!"
She said she was a real fan of the day.
"I've been doing it for so many years and the children really look forward to it, it's a special day."
Kindergarten teacher, Jessica Musgrave, said it was all very exciting.
"It's huge thing for the kids, they are very excited too, I think they are very proud that they've been at school for 100 days," she said.
"We build up to it through the year and we count every day.
"The number one hundred is a huge number for them so it's a big deal.
"Kindergarten is so unknown to them at the beginning and to get this far and to have learnt so much, I think it is a really big deal," she said.
