The program will begin on July 13 with one happy participant from the recent program keen to get back for his refresher sessions.
Mr John Hong was so pleased with the result that he wrote a thank you letter to the Queanbeyan Health Service saying his confidence in his balance and walking strength improved.
"I am extremely grateful to the physiotherapists and occupational therapist and other supporting staff for their excellent professionalism, empathy and cheerfulness," he wrote.
The free NSW Ministry of Health initiative is designed for people living at home, who have fallen or are fearful of falling.
It includes educational sessions, simple group exercise and an opportunity to socialise with other participants.
