The mood in the packed room was tense as ex-councillors and concerned citizens raised concerns surrounding the recent merger.
Concerns about community representation were raised several times and council is calling for expressions of interest for a local representative committee to be consulted during the time of administration.
Future meetings will be held at 5.30pm on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month and will alternate between council chambers at Queanbeyan and Bungendore.
The next meeting of council will be on Wednesday, June 8, at Queanbeyan.
