Three masked men armed with machetes and hatchets have robbed a pub in Sydney's south-west overnight.

The men entered the Earlwood Hotel on Homer Street, Earlwood, about 12.10am on Wednesday, and threatened staff members and a patron.
They forced a staff member to open a safe before fleeing with cash.
A fourth man was waiting outside in a blue Audi A5, which drove off towards Clarke Street.
No one was injured.
A crime scene was established and examined by detectives and specialist forensic officers.
Shortly before 1am, police received reports of a vehicle on fire in Sloane Street, Marrickville.
Police found the vehicle, which they believed was involved in the robbery, well alight.
The fire was extinguished and the vehicle was seized for forensic examination.
Officers from the Dog Unit helped search the area, but the men were not found.
They have only been described as wearing dark clothing, balaclavas and caps.
Petersham robbery
A similar robbery took place in Petersham, in Sydney's inner west, a week ago.
Three men with their faces covered - one armed with an axe and another with a machete - entered the Public House hotel on Stanmore Road on February 2.
They demanded cash from an employee, who complied.
The men left shortly after in a dark-coloured Subaru station wagon being driven by a fourth person, and was last seen travelling west on Stanmore Road.
No one was injured during the robbery.
