In the past week children have had the opportunity to find the foil-covered confectionary within the playground - hidden under the slide, in swing seats and among the bushes.

Educator Sharon Lennon said the little ones have enjoyed getting crafty and making their own baskets and filling them with Easter eggs.

"They were so excited to see the Easter Bunny had actually visited them," she said. "Some children found lots of eggs and some were able to help others but all of them were just excited to find chocolate Easter eggs."
