The recipients were recognised for their outstanding efforts in areas such as the arts, environment, multiculturalism, education, health, sport, heritage and pastoral care.
Member for Monaro John Barilaro said there were more than two million volunteers across the state and it's important they are recognised publically.
"Today's entire list of award recipients are all incredible ambassadors of our community; it gives me great joy to formally recognise them today and in doing so demonstrate my and the community's appreciation of all their efforts," Mr Barilaro said.
"The impact that volunteers have in our community is immeasurable."
Jerrabomberra's Peter Bray was presented with the NSW Premier's Award. And show societities, including the Queanbeyan Show Society, across the Monaro electorate were also honoured with awards.

Jan Browne for service to sport through the Queanbeyan Basketball Association
Georgina Perri for her tireless efforts promoting the arts in Queanbeyan
Kim Morris for his advocacy on behalf of the community and involvement with the Queanbeyan Rate Payers Association
Georgia Gleeson for her contribution to sport through the formation of the Deadly Runners Group
Anita Taylor for 13 years of bringing seasonal joy to the community with her Christmas lights display
Connee Colleen for her commitment to upholding Queanbeyan's historical legacy through her work with Rusten House
Margot Sache for her advocacy on behalf of the Jerrabomberra community
Tui Dawes for her services to health through her work with the Queanbeyan Hospital Auxilary
Paul Batista for outstanding committment to safety, education and law and order in Queanbeyan.
