But in another show of her talents in sport, she has also trialed for the under 13s Canberra United women's soccer team emerging squad, and will find out whether she has made that squad after the final trial on Saturday.
The Queanbeyan District Cricket Club and Monaro Panthers Football Club gun idolises Australian dual national star Ellyse Perry, who became well known for switching duties between national level cricket and soccer.
"I love Ellyse Perry. She's definitely my idol and it's amazing how she's been able to tackle playing two sports at the same time," Davy said.
While Davy has been playing soccer for two seasons longer than she has played cricket, she has already shown great promise in the bat and ball sport, and will make her Meteors debut in January in the Mollie Dive Shield inter-district competition in Sydney.
She took an impressive three wickets for just two runs a fortnight ago in a club match- where she also plays with boys- and also affected a run-out in the same game.
While she has proved to better at bowling in the sport, she said she enjoys all aspects of it.
"I just love going out on the field and being a part of the game, whether it's bowling or batting and fielding," she said.
"My dad got me into cricket, and I've loved playing it ever since."
However she conceded she was better at playing soccer, and touted this as her future career path.
"I've been playing soccer for Monaro since 2009, and I made the Capital Football Skills Acquisition program this year as a goal keeper," she said.
"I think I have really good vision and movement, and I probably focus more on soccer."
