A Logan Islamic book store owner charged with terrorism-related offences is also under investigation by Queensland Police over claims of extortion and allegedly being involved in a Gold Coast brawl.

The details were revealed in a Supreme Court affidavit lodged by police during the man's bail application on Thursday.
Omar Succarieh, 31, is in custody charged with providing funds to terrorist organisation Jabhat al-Nusra and over plans to travel to Syria "for the purpose of engaging in hostile activities".
His bail request was rejected by Justice David Jackson, despite Mr Jackson having concerns about the quality of some police evidence.
Mr Succarieh and another co-accused, Agim Kruezi, were arrested on September 10. It was the same day police raided Mr Succarieh's iQraa book store in Underwood along with eight other properties.
Mr Succarieh's brother Ahmed was Australia's first suicide bomber and another brother, Abraham, is suspected by authorities of being a Jabhat al-Nusra group leader in Syria.
On February 14 this year Mr Succarieh and Abraham were making arrangements for "visitors" to join Abraham in Syria, the police affidavit tendered in court alleged.
Five days later, an unidentified person in Parramatta deposited $7705 into a bank account belonging to a man named Adrian Vae Vae.
On February 20, $7699 was withdrawn from the account at an ATM in the Logan suburb of Browns Plains.
The following week, police said a telephone intercept showed Mr Succarieh threatening Mr Vae Vae if the money wasn't returned immediately.
"You see that red shirt you are wearing today? That shirt is going to be changed with something else if I don't get my money soon. It's going to be a different red," Mr Succarieh allegedly told Mr Vae Vae.
The phone was then handed to another person who said: "I'm going to cut your throat; I'm going to put you on fire".
On February 28, AFP officers observed Mr Succarieh, Mr Kruezi and a third person visit Mr Vae Vae's parent's property at Runcorn. The trio stayed for 14 minutes.
Then on August 24, police allege Mr Succarieh was involved in a brawl outside a Gold Coast rugby club in which a shot was fired.
Police claimed Mr Succarieh was one of 16 people who fought against another group of men.
The prosecution affidavit also claimed Mr Succarieh regularly watched videos of violent Islamic militarism, torture, mutilation and executions of Westerners and non-Sunni Muslims.
"This included an incident where the defendant was observed to watch a video of fighters being tortured while waiting in the arrivals hall of the Brisbane International Airport, in full view of members of the public," the documents said.
Mr Succarieh's Australian passport was revoked after both his brothers travelled to Syria, but not before he was able to leave the country in August 2013 with $88,900 - most of which the AFP says is unaccounted for.
In court on Thursday, prosecutor Shane Hunter also said there were recorded conversations between Omar and Abraham speaking in code.
The pair were allegedly referring to cash transactions when talking about "30 kilograms of sweets" and amounts of "Aussie" and "US".
Mr Hunter said a listening device planted inside iQraa captured Mr Succarieh saying "I love Jabhat al-Nusra".
"As recently as the ninth of September, [Mr Succarieh] was recorded telling his wife that he has to leave the country before he is arrested," he said.
The following day he was arrested and charged by the AFP.
Inside his Kuraby home police found a number of hidden mobile phones, including the device allegedly used only for contacting Abraham. They also found USD $9700 and AUD $9700 in cash.
