Three of the side's meagre total of four wins this year came against the embattled Eastlake, who finished second last with just three wins, but will still remain in the competition for the next two seasons.

The 15.16.106 to 11.4.70 win was one of the side's best constructed performances of the year, with Daniel Johnson and Andrew Swan bagging three goals each, while the mid-field dominated with co-coach Josh Bryce inspirational at the back in defence to win man-of-the-match.

But Quade admitted it had been a tough year for his side in the NEAFL, and that he needed to take time to consider his options and make a decision on his future before the competition's pre-season starts in November.

"With the changes in the NEAFL over the last few weeks, it's changed everything a bit, so I just want to take some time to assess where everything is at, and figure out what's best for me," said Quade.

"It all depends on how the body feels in the coming months after the season. I still feel like I'd be capable at playing at the NEAFL level, but whether I have the time or the ambition to do it is something I'll have to work out."

The public servant and life-long Tigers club man added his work made it hard to put the right time in at training to play NEAFL.

But he said it was a great feeling to be able to sing team song "Tigerland" in the sheds after their last match.

"We'd played really good footy in the last month without being rewarded with a win, so it was good to get that reward for everyone involved with the team," he said.

"Todd Dickinson is a great mate of mine, and I'm so glad he was able to get his 100th game in the nick of time."
