Over 10,000 fiction books are in the line-up and ready to jump, together with a full field of non-fiction, vinyl records, CDs, DVDs and videos to be had.
Book fair organiser and Queanbeyan's deputy mayor, Peter Bray, said all money raised will go to helping Legacy in Queanbeyan and the ACT.
"It's basically to accommodate a very large estate donation [of books] and some other collections that we've had donated recently.
"All books are well-groomed and at very short prices," Mr Bray joked.
