A MAN has been charged following an alleged domestic-related stabbing involving two brothers in Queanbeyan overnight.

About 1am today (Saturday, 14 December), police and paramedics were called to Karri Crescent following reports a man had been stabbed.
Police will allege two brothers, aged 15 and 25, became involved in an altercation at the premises resulting in the younger man being stabbed in the arm.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics and taken to Canberra Hospital where he was later released.
The 25-year-old man was arrested at a house nearby and taken to Queanbeyan Police Station where he was charged with wounding with intent to inflict grievous bodily harm and contravene apprehended violence order.
He was refused bail to appear in Queanbeyan Local Court tomorrow (Sunday, 15 December).
