Mr Abbott was joined by Liberal Candidate for Eden Monaro Peter Hendy, shadow justice minister Michael Keenan, NSW Member for Monaro John Barilaro and Queanbeyan Mayor Tim Overall.
This morning's visit marked the second time in less than a week the Liberal leader has ventured across the border as he campaigns for the upcoming Federal Election.
