THE Queanbeyan Roos will be looking to improve on last week's crushing second half collapse when they take on the much improved Woden Rams at Freebody Oval this Saturday.
After going into half-time with a convincing lead against competition front runners West Belconnen, the Roos failed to maintain their composure going down 10-12 at the final buzzer.
It was the second time the skilful Roos have let the game slip against a top team in the closing stages, after going down by two points to Goulburn Workers in round four.
Playing coach Adam Taylor said his team had come to terms with the loss and was hopeful the second half of the season would bring more determination and luck.
